If your heavy-duty truck is identified as a high-emitter by these devices, you will be issued a Notice to Submit to Testing (NST). Compliance necessitates passing an emissions test within 30 days.

Upon receipt of a CARB Notice to Submit to Testing (NST) letter, it is crucial to demonstrate your vehicle's compliance as a non-high-polluting vehicle within 30 days to prevent potential fines or holds on your DMV registration.
