Should you receive a Notice To Submit letter, it signifies a probable flag by California's Clean Truck Check (Heavy-Duty I/M) automated roadside emissions monitoring system. If your heavy-duty truck is identified as a high-emitter by these devices, you will be issued a Notice to Submit to Testing (NST). Compliance necessitates passing an emissions test within 30 days.
Upon receipt of a CARB Notice to Submit to Testing (NST) letter, it is crucial to demonstrate your vehicle's compliance as a non-high-polluting vehicle within 30 days to prevent potential fines or holds on your DMV registration.
We advise scheduling an emissions test with OC CLEAN TRUCK immediately. We can test your vehicle, and upon a successful test, we will submit the passing results to CARB promptly, thereby restoring your truck's compliance without delay.
If you possess one of our OC Clean Link Modules, we are able to remotely test your truck and ensure its immediate compliance, regardless of its location within the United States, without the need for an in-person visit.
You can monitor your account status by accessing the CTC-VIS Portal and reviewing your vehicle's NST section. Once CARB records a passing test for the flagged vehicle, the notice will be cleared, and no further action will be required.
Please contact us without delay, as you have only 30 days to achieve compliance and avoid associated fees. We can discuss potential reasons for any previous non-compliance and outline the necessary steps to assist you in regaining compliance. We have multiple certified inspectors available to provide immediate assistance in achieving compliance.
